Louben's Success Story
In my late teenage years, I was always very active and I was involved in a lot of sports. It was because of this that I believe I had trouble gaining weight. So one day, I sat down and wrote a goal: To gain 15 lbs. of muscle within a year and to start eating more fruits and vegetables, and overall, live a healthier life.
Athletes can get away with eating a lot of unhealthy junk foods. But I wanted to be different. Even though I knew I could consume whatever I wanted and get away with it, I decided to make a pledge to stop eating fast food (McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, etc.).
Well, I am happy to tell you that I have not eaten any of those for well over 6 years. I believe in practicing what I preach, so that’s why to this day I have not eaten from fast food restaurants.
Obtaining my goal was anything but easy! I am like the majority – when I start something new, I want to give in and quit, and I want to deviate from my goal when temptation looms overhead. However, I was successful at fighting those temptations and urges because my desire to succeed was much greater than any temptation I have ever faced.
After several months of eating really well, pushing my body to its limits through weight training and sticking to my goal, I started to notice substantial results. Seeing the change in myself and getting compliments from friends and family, I decided to educate myself more about fitness and health and figure out how I could help others transform their lives.
At the time, I had already been working in the health field (Cypress Creek Therapy), and it was through my experience there that I saw an opportunity to help people achieve similar results to what I had achieved.
I went to school to further my education and became a personal trainer. I then opened my own studio within Cypress Creek Therapy, and the rest is history!
Since then, I have helped a countless number of clients transform their lives and get the results they desired. So if you’re ready to get the results you’ve wanted all of your life, then give me a call today at 410-656-2121.
