Andy O'Neill's Success Story
Well, I was always a "bigger" person for the majority of my life. Always had a belly, and could never run for more than a minute, though i tried to stay healthy and eat right. So when I started college, I was all about studying, and left my health and fitness on the back burner. eventually i got up to 256 lbs. yeah, not exactly the ideal weight for my size. it was about two years ago when I realized I needed to make a change. I was in a health science field in college and wanted to start practicing what i preached. as a result, I started taking up running as a hobby and practiced a healthy diet. within the year, I dropped down to 140 lbs. Ever since then, I have felt incredible. I realized I don't get winded just sitting up in a chair anymore, and that I have so much more energy to tackle any task with. After this, I started body building to gain some lean body mass and help "look the part" of a personal trainer. I knew that I wanted to help others achieve this feeling as well, and as a result, I am now a personal trainer.
