Blanca's Success Story
I started training Blanca in June of 2011. She was only able to meet with me 1x/week at her home, but she was determined to get healthier, so she did all the "homework" I would assign her. She ate healthier and went to the gym on her own and worked on her flexibility.
Over the course of the next 7 months, Blanca had lost over 6.5 pounds of body fat and had greatly improved her posture!
