Lisa's Success Story
When I went away to college I was 145 pounds and wore a size 10. For a 5’6” 18- year- old, I felt that I was an average weight for my height. However, thanks to continuous late night “snacking” (2-3 slices of pizza!), I started gaining weight on a regular basis. By my junior year of college, I was up to 169 pounds and wore a size 16! That’s when Ilyse Baker came to my rescue! From my first workout with Ilyse, I was hooked. Ilyse has motivated me to workout on a daily basis. If someone would have told me 3 years ago that I would be working out every day I would have told them that they had the wrong person! I cannot thank Ilyse enough for creating energizing, unique, FUN workouts. Without Ilyse’s help, I would not be where I am today, a size 4 and 130 pounds!
