Heather's Success Story
Heather started with to become fit. When we started she was unable to squat, lunge, push up. Her fitness level was low. Over time she became to build her movement patterns. Her goals also changed. Eventually her goals became very specific. Strong arms and core. Today she can do over 10 push ups, squat, lunge and is ready for more challenges. Her weight loss and strength gains are incredible. We made these results happen together.
