After losing 50 lbs her first year with me, discontinuing her workouts & gaining 60 lbs the next year, Row finally returned in Jan. 2010 and lost 100 lbs by the end of June this year. At 182 lbs, her body fat was only 28%. Row's meal plan was monitored weekly by a local CTN, 4-60 minute weekly training sessions with me, plus recreational activities. In January, she had difficulty walking on the treadmill for more than 5 minutes. By the end of June, Row got up to 20 minutes with 2 minute intervals at 5.5.
