Lost 65 Pounds!
Sue's Success Story
I taught a class combining good nutrition and group personal training at our local YMCA. One of the participants was Sue. Sue lost 20 pounds during the 12-week "Belly Fat Buster" class and then went on to lose an additional 45 pounds over the course of a year following the class. Here's Sue's testimony: "I was talking about you today at my swimming class at the "y" .... Don't know if you remember me but I took the "Belly Fat Class" with you. That was the life changing class for me. I am still following your advise and living the healthy lifestyle. The "Y" is suppose to put up a poster at some point with my story and before and after pics. To date I am down 65 lbs...."
