Sandra's Success Story

Sandra came to me several weeks before her fiftieth birthday. She had been overweight most her life and wanted to make a drastic change before her birthday. After helping Sandra make several lifestyle changes, setting her up on a nutrion plan, and meeting 3x a week for exercise she lost over 30 lbs. in just under 20 weeks. Sandra has kept this momentum and is still dropping weight. Her whole life has changed and she under 200 lbs for the first time in over ten years.
