Michael's Success Story
On Michael's first visit to the gym, he hid in the bathroom stalls to change clothes because he was so self-conscious about the way his body looked. Over the course of the last year, Michael has lost over 50 pounds! Not to mention, reduced pain in his knees and hip, incredible strength improvements, and the addition of lean muscle mass. Now, Michael and I are focused on achieving his first ever pull up. I am so proud of his accomplishments and I am excited to see what's next for Michael!
