Adam's Success Story

"I am officially 4 weeks into my journey and extremely satisfied with my results so far. I've lost 13 pounds, have already dropped a size, have a lot more energy and am feeling stronger. Not to mention the help it has provided me on my drive on the golf course. (My wife would say that the best part is that I am not snoring as much at night.) But I am not done yet! I know that this time is going to be different because of the support of my Personal Trainer, Matt. He is helping me make a lifestyle change. It's not a quick fix (like we would all like to see), it is not easy, but it is definitely working! By learning the basics and what I call Matt’s “Medicine Ball Madness”, I am learning a new way to succeed in my fitness goals. The new techniques that I have learned are helping me now and will continue to help me throughout my life. With Matt’s coaching and support, I no longer have any excuses for not maintaining a healthy fitness routine. Matt is a tough but extremely motivating trainer. His own fitness journey has inspired me. I look forward to the results I will continue to see with Matt’s training and encouragement. "
