Tina's Success Story
BOOTCAMP is something I never thought I would do. But, recently I had the opportunity to try out Melanie's Bootcamp and I am hooked. I'm going into my third week of bootcamp and I LOVE IT!!! I won’t lie, the first few days were tough and I thought I was not going to be able to keep up, but I kept coming back and I feel it paying off. I still have a long way to go to realize my fitness goals, but after only a few short weeks I already feel stronger and have better endurance. At first I was really intimidated to participate in something called “bootcamp”, I thought “only athletes can do bootcamps”! Well I am learning that I am capable of much more than I thought. Melanie is an awesome trainer!! She is tough but encouraging at the same time. She gently pushes you beyond what you thought you could do. On my first day of bootcamp I couldn’t keep up with the running we did, now I can and I feel so proud of the accomplishments I am making. Melanie's Bootcamp it the best thing I have done for myself in a long time“thank you Melanie!!
