I am a professional motorcycle skills/safety instructor. When teaching the exercises on the range I stand on a hard surface for several hours. I began experiencing pain in my right leg behind the knee that grew progressively worse. A medical professional suggested it might be sciatica. After a detailed consult with Bill, he wasn’t so sure and designed a series of exercises and stretches aimed at that specific issue. After a few weeks, the pain was gone. I’ve keep up with the routine Bill designed and the pain has not returned even though I maintain a regular teaching schedule.
