At the moment, I am under tremendous stress in my life, and Stella has taught me valuable fitness skills and tools to help me cope with these challenges. I've learned to be much more aware of my habits and behavior patterns, and I am so much stronger and healthier than I've ever been. I sleep well for the first time in years and actually look forward to my exercise sessions. In addition to the training sessions, I also attend Stella's meditation class which I find to be very valuable as well.
