Isaac's Success Story
My Power lifter client Isaac came to me weighing 215 at 15% body fat, wanting to lose body fat but still make Progress in his strength and lean muscle mass. So, I put him on a personalized meal according to his goal, utilizing his body weight and body fat % to create it. Within a few months Isaac lost 25 pounds of fat, while gaining 1 pound of lean muscle mass and his strength gains progressing to where he could dead lift 500 pounds for 2 reps, squat 500 pounds, and bench press 315 pounds for reps.
