Leading up to the wedding: 4 weeks of toning!
Leah's Success Story
Leah was under 4 weeks out from her wedding when we first met, we began training, focusing on arms to increase strength and definition as well as core. Between sessions, Leah would exercise on her own, using the newest exercises given. Based on skinfold measurements, she became more lean through her abdomen and most significantly in her arms. She also had noticeably more coordination and strength between the first and last session.
I enjoyed working with Leah as she turned inward during the weeks before her wedding, placing high priority on caring for herself and everything fell into place nicely!
