All my life I thought I had all the answers, I would do a lot of cardio (running, biking, etc.), and would achieve some increased level of fitness, but never a significant increase. When I finally came to the conclusion I do not have all the answers, that I want to reach a REAL goal; I wanted to feel what it would be like to run a 7 minute mile, bench press 300 pounds, and glide effortlessly in perfect balance on my bike. When I met Mark, I knew I wanted what he had, therefore, I came to the conclusion:

“If I want something I’ve never had, I have to be willing to do something I never did”

In only 16 weeks I dropped nearly 10% body fat, 60+ points of cholesterol, and my blood pressure return to normal levels without medications.

In the end I have come to realize if I can get out of my own way and allow the expert to ap-ply the science and philosophy , I can become a REAL Athlete, now I am! It can be done!
