's Success Story
In the beginning of 2009 I looked into the mirror and saw a once very athletic woman who had let herself baloon to a whopping 215 lbs. But as of January 2009 I decided that was going to change. I started to journal and count everythign that went into my mouth and started to walk. The weight started to come off. So when I started to runa nd bike and take fitness classes for an hour a day. I foudn I have the energy to do it too, no more crashign ont he couch right after work, my dog was a big help and it helped his weight as well.
It is August of 2010 and I have lost 60 lbs and have reached y fitness goal, now imaintain by teachign zumba fitness and weighted hula hoops classes. It is wonderful to wear thigns that I never thoguth I would be able to wear and know that I can go do what I want to go do.
