My primary goal is to maintain a strong core and to avoid as much as possible the flexibility and balance issues that comes with advanced age.
Training with Steve Vicera for over three yrs. Now has made a remarkable difference in my core strength and flexibilty. At 69, I lead a very active life with virtually no age related limitations.
My expectations of aging has totally changed. I have come to realize that without the having a structured program and excellent trainer the process of maintaining fitness will not happen. I am an advocate of having a structured fitness program. The investment will result in “life long” returns.
