“I started working out with Josh in August 2008. By working out with Josh twice a week, changing my eating habits, and exercising on my own, I was able to lose OVER 60 POUNDS in just over a year. Since then, I have continued to work with Josh and have managed to keep the weight off while continuing to improve my physical fitness. My strength and balance have improved greatly. I never thought I'd be able to do a push up and now I can do 30 in a row!!. Josh continues to challenge me and help me push myself. My confidence has grown, too, and has given me the courage to try new activities that I would have shied away from before because of my weight/lack of fitness such as running, ice skating, and kayaking.”
