I struggled with my weight for years before becoming a Personal Trainer. I know first-hand how hard it can be to fluctuate on the scale. With my pregnancy, I gained 50 pounds!! I decided once my son was born that I would make some serious changes in my life. After adjusting my diet and dedicating myself to NASM's exercise program, I lost a total of 70 pounds - that is 20 pounds LESS than my pre-pregancy weight! I decided to become a Personal Trainer to share my story and help others get back on track.
