Let me start by saying I would highly recommend Kent to anyone – men and women of all sizes and all stages of training. Not only is he an outstanding trainer, but he also cuts through all the circulating myths about weight loss to make sure you know what’s true and what’s false when it comes to achieving your dream body. Having been a runner and cardio enthusiast all my life, I was very intimidated by lifting. Kent devised a personal 3x/week training routine for me and walked me through the exercises, always commenting on how I could improve my form and encouraging me the entire time. I’ve only been working with him for about a month, and I can already see results. I’m happy to say that I’m a complete convert – I much prefer strength training to boring cardio workouts. What it comes down to is that Kent really knows his stuff and will instruct, motivate and help you on your weight loss journey, just like he has with me!
