James's Success Story
My journey down the path of good health and fitness has reached its 10th month and I have reached an all time best body weight and body fat percentage. Looking back at the beginning of my fitness journey, 230LBS/28% Body Fat, I could not be more thankful for the people in my life that got me started with my personal trainer. I am down to 170LBS/ 17% Body Fat and it is largely due to my commitment to Tim Hulsker’s Road Map that I have followed in order to help maintain my healthy life style changes that have helped me lose 60LBS. I was able to stay committed and remain focused during tough times because Tim did not let me give up on myself. The truth is living a healthy life is feasible. I invested in my body and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner. It can seem like an eternity sometimes, but consider your future and how quickly the future becomes the here and now. Having a trainer like Tim in my life is a blessing, and I will never forget all the great things he helped, and is still helping me, accomplish. I do not have my six-pack abs yet, but I know as long as I continue believe in Tim’s workout plan that it is only a matter of time. I am another step closer towards achieving my Ultimate version of myself. Perhaps I will be reading your success story on this wall one day soon.
