Of all my clients of present and past, this one has been the best example of improving your posture to improve your health. Over 2 years we worked together 3 days a week at 6am and even had a pool session every week. Plagued by muscular imbalances, joint restrictions and dietary concerns, this man now walks tall and uses good posture and technique to safely administer his exercise routines.
