Laura's Success Story
It is nice to be back after being gone for a year and a half. It took me this long to come back because like many of us, we are just to busy taking care of our families or keeping up with a busy schedule. What inspired me to come back to the gym is looking at myself in the mirror and not liking what I was seeing.
After giving birth to my daughter, the 30 lbs that I had gained from my pregnancy, I lost in two months, I think this was due to my training with you throughout my pregnancy and up to the day prior to my delivery. However, after a few months of not eating right or exercising regularly, I started to gain weight. It was time for me to stop making excuses and go back to the gym.
I now train with you during my lunch break and I like the results. I have made minor adjustments to my eating habits and I am working out twice a week. I was surprised in just one month I lost 5 lbs. Even though I have a few more pounds to lose, I am starting to like what I see in the mirror.
My clothes are fitting much better and my energy level has increased as well. I am also toning up.
I want to thank you Nancy for all the wounderful sessions. I have learned a lot from you and enjoy working out with you. You are my inspiration.
