Shannon's Success Story

I first started taking yoga and pilates classes from Jaclyn two years ago and have been a regular ever since. I wasn't too sure about yoga at first but Jaclyn really keeps you moving yet makes sure to get you stretched out and relaxed as well. I really enjoy taking her classes because she challenges you but remains accessible to all levels at the same time.
