Scotty E.'s Success Story
Scott, and now wife Carmel, are great friends and clients. When I met Scott, he suffered from acute lower back pain and spine pressure. This discomfort was created over the years, do to his hobby, racing NASCAR's. His first workout, he spent 40 minutes of his 1 hour session on the floor, in pain. If he tried to stretch, pull, or do any core training,his back would flare-up immediately.
With a detailed approach, constant weekly training and following his program, he can now touch his toes, twist, train core, and lift with no issues.
