After working with Grant as a personal trainer, I knew he was gifted at understanding what works best for you as an individual. When I started having joint pain that prevented me from exercising as often as I like, I gained weight. Grant was able to get me back on track through some fairly simple changes to my diet. My joints are less painful and I have more energy thanks to better food choices spread throughout the day. Grant is never judgmental!
