Bill Counts’ one hour golf strength and flexibility assessment clearly identified areas in which my swing speed and consistency have been restricted. During the two one-hour session follow ups, Bill proceeded to demonstrate several exercises aimed at addressing these improvement areas, which for me focused on balance and hip tightness. Together we decided which ones would be best to incorporate into my regular workout routine.
