"Molly has gotten me in the best shape of my life. When I started training with her, my body fat was up to 26%, I had very little stamina, and had never done weight training before. Now, my body fat is down to 15%, I have added on 12 pounds of lean muscle, and I continue to see improvements in my core and whole body strength. I thoroughly enjoy my workouts with her, as they have never gotten boring. We do everything from kettlebells to kickboxing to plyometrics to body weight strength training.
