Starting boot camp I didn't know what to expect. I hadn't done any physical activity for fitness is over three years and knew I was very out of shape. The first day was very challenging for me but I have kept with it and I feel amazing! I am sleeping better, and eating healthier. I feel the change in my in body not just in how I look but how feel all over. The workouts are challenging and fun! Nicole and Melanie plan thoughtful workouts and take the time to listen to what is important to each of their clients and design the workouts to meet your needs.
