I liked the concept of Janet’s Small Group Training Sessions because while it was nice to have the personal weekly challenges, it was also great to build relationships with the other members in the program. The weekly challenges lead to the opportunity to discipline yourself and develop healthy lifestyle changes.
Janet is great at what she does. She is personable and nice and motivating, but still stern to get out work out done – even when we’re still having fun at the same time! She is quick to let you know how to correct your exercise form and she knows everyone at both a personal and fitness level so she understands what extent you can work out - and encourages you if she knows you can handle lifting more weight (and she is right!)
