Olga's Success Story
Olga started with another trainer who though female, concentrated on a diet she could never turn into a way of life,
a workout that had so much heavy weight and plyometrics her
hip flexors were hurting and she never really had balanced looking body. There was too much lower body building and no ab work or stretch moded exercises too lengthen muscles and relieve stiff joints. She came to me because she was dissatisfied with her results and needed a change. This July, will be one year training with me twice a week, and she has achieved her weightloss goals as well as streamlined her whole body, and has no stiffness or tightness leaving her free to do Zumba, or anything else she wants to do!
