Before training with Tony I struggled with my weight for about a year. When I failed my PT test in the USAFR and when my kept climbing I knew I had to do something. I started working out on my own and saw no results or progress.
A friend invited me to join her at Workout Quest and I thought boot camp would be highly difficult, but everyone starts at their own level. Now I have the energy to do whatever I want“I used to lay in bed a lot, but now my energy level is through the roof.
I have lost 12 lbs so far and 12 inches off my butt! My secret to losing weight is to continue to be consistent and to reward myself at least twice a week with whatever I want to eat. I stay motivated month after month because I see major results. My friends say I look great and they always want to know what I’m doing to look this great! I tell them Workout Quest.
