Couple of years ago I was 225lbs as the display picture shows. My eating regimen consisted of so many unhealthy foods and beverages such as junk food, processed food, readymade meals and sodas. I reached a point where my metabolism was extremely low which in turn has affected my energy and my mood. I always had negative thoughts, very low level of energy and felt depressed majority of the time. I blamed it all on my eating habits. The extra weight I was carrying reflected negatively on my personality in a sense where I was anti-social and had very low self-esteem. The image I saw in the mirror everyday and every morning couldn't be any miserable. I told myself so many times that I have to get myself on track by eating right, weight lifting and exercising hard but it didn't last more than a week. Finally, my thoughts were put into actions when one day I woke up and said to myself: YOU HAVE TO DO IT! Knowing I was a great soccer player and a professional golfer it hurt me so much to see myself letting go of all the hard work and efforts I put throughout the years .
When you plan, implement and take actions, this is when the real change begins. I focused on one thing after the other. I was determined to do what's right for me and my body. This is how the healthy life style began with me and lasted till now. I focused on what I ate and how I exercised. I worked hard, I learned from my mistakes and now I can truly say I am ready to face anything life throws at me. The high confidence came back when I walk between people with my head held up high and I am in the best shape of my life. No more shyness, tiredness and low-self-esteem. What's important now is that I want you to start thinking about yourself. It's never too late because life is too short for us not to keep on trying until we succeed and reach our goals. I want to help you gain strength and confidence into yourself and I want you to feel way much better about your body just by reaping the good results.
