Hi, my name is Denise, and Sue Conrad has been my fitness trainer for over four years. Recently, I lost thirteen pounds doing strength training, cardiovascular exercises along with proper eating habits. I like to work out with Sue because she develops an
exercise routine that suits my individual needs. In addition, she combines two muscle groups into one exercise so that I can spend less time working out. Since Sue and I live far apart now, we use the internet to stay in touch and stay fit. With Skype she can hold me accountable to my training and she can watch me to make
sure that I do the exercises safely and correctly. Most importantly, she has been able to keep a flexible schedule which works well with me. Together we make my personal fitness goals reachable so that I always meet my expectations.
