Robert "Bob"'s Success Story

Greetings Coach Gill,

I have done a couple of runs since Saturday's workshop. I did the warm-ups by the trail before I ran and like you said most people going past looked at me as if I was nuts. The runs were not that good but then I didn't have you telling me what I was doing wrong.
I knew taking a workshop on the subject would be more beneficial than just reading it from a book. I wasn't wrong. In the course of four hours I learned more on ChiRunning then countless hours of trial and error of solo training after reading the book.

You asked for feedback so here's my two cents;

Presentation; Most excellent, you proved your experience as a teacher by the way you engaged the participants, making the workshop fun as well as enlightening. The stories you shared gave depth to some of the principles and techniques.

Content; not knowing much of Chirunning I feel I came out of the workshop with a good handle on the subject.

Having taken many workshops on the subjects of chi gong and tai chi I can certainly say your workshop was among the best. I would heartily recommend it to others, oh wait, I already have!

Suggestion; During my run on Sunday I was amazed at how I remembered the stance and preparation, a testament how you were able to drill that into our heads without seemingly to do so. Unfortunately I did have a problem remembering the all the warm ups.
I have only one suggestion and that would be to have a one sheet pass out with both the warm ups and the basic form.

Thanks much for such a fine workshop,

Robert "Bob" Graczyk
