I highly recommend this gym to anyone who likes a challenging, but fun workout, and would like to change their life

When I started taking Power Hour classes at Limitless Strength and Conditioning, I was overweight, out-of-shape, and frankly miserable. My first Power Hour was so hard. I could barely complete a quarter of the exercises Coach Ken gave to me. I wanted to quit, and Ken said something that changed my mind, he said, "Are you mad that you can't do these exercises? Because you should be! Now use that anger to get through this workout." So, I did, and I haven't stopped. In just under five months, I have lost over 40 pounds, 36 inches, and I have gone from a tight size 18 to a size 12. Coach Ken is tough and his workouts are tougher. I am drenched in sweat, and sometimes dirt (the 150 pound tire flip is no joke), during class. Guess what? It is TOTALLY worth it. Ken is a great coach. He is firm, and he won't take my excuses, but he is also positive and never yells or embarrasses anyone. My transformation is not done yet, but I know Coach Ken will be with me every step of the way.
