Bryan's Success Story
I worked with Sue on and off for about six years. I had never been a very active person and my weight was always one of my main struggles. After a long time of not working out, I went back to Sue and realized how badly I needed a life change. Sue helped me by challenging me in my workouts, keeping me accountable for working out three days a week, and even giving me tips on healthy things to eat. I have gone from 284 pounds to 197, gained strength, and I feel so much better thanks to Sue and her training.
