I hate those "cowbells". I told Patrick specifically when we started that I didn't want to gain any muscle and just wanted to tone up. He explained to me that toning up was building muscle. You just have to build the right kind. I also hate the treadmill. Patrick explained that I didn't have to do boring cardio and could even work it in with the weights! I have lost 10 "extra" pounds after 4 months and feel great.
