Martha's Success Story
I realized that I needed to do more than my daily aerobic activity, so I started working out twice a week with Jean. I came to our sessions with a difficult attitude: I don't do exercise, I am intimidated by the machines, and I'm uncomfortable with all aspects of physical fitness. Jean was patience personified! She led me through routines that were always different, challenging, and sometimes fun! She let me whine but kept me coming. I learned to appreciate my body's capacity and the importance of strength training.
