I absolutely love this class. I started going in October of 08 and it has completely transformed my body. In the first month, going 3 x a week I lost 7 lbs without even changing my diet... Everything feels tighter, leaner, and definitely stronger. I went to a personal trainer 2 to 3 times a week for 8 months prior and this did more to change my body in one month than in those 8 months!
Richelle is a great instructor. She pushes you and tries to always mix up the gravity machine exercises so you don't get bored. The best part is you keep seeing results because you can keep raising the resistance and the level of the bikes and machines. It's challenging, its fun, and it works! I'm addicted.
