At the age of 26 I hurt my back. I am now 51 I have done many techniques and been very successful with Physical Therapy, Rolfing, Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi. All of these techniques help me stay strong and flexible, but MAT has helped me the most to stay out of pain. This is the best hands on technique I have ever used for myself.

I became a specialist because I saw how much it could help my clients. I have many success stories and hope to share many of them.
