Working out with Keith has really helped to give me my confidence back. After high school and cheerleading was over I gained weight since I wasnt very active anymore. Since working with Keith I am almost back to the way I looked before and it feels really good. I actually enjoy working out again like I used to before.
Keith has so many different exercises that you never get bored with what you're doing and you almost never do the same exercise twice. He's really good with targeting what you really want to work on.
I also like how flexible he is with scheduling because I am very busy and my schedule changes all the time. Keith really takes a personal interest in you as a client.
I personally have a bad back problem and we have been working on making it better and he personally took the time to look up what my condition was and see what he would do in our workouts to make it better.
I would definitely recommend working with Keith at impact fitness.
