What makes her a fantastic trainer is that she takes the time to know her clients strengths, weaknesses, special needs and goals then, incorporates that into each workout – even in a group setting! She knows just how far to push to help me get stronger and healthier, while making the workout fun and challenging. The workouts are fresh and well thought out, (She doesn’t just go through the motions.)
I have been taking Kathi’s Pilates classes for years now. She has helped me become a better athlete by programming around my knee issues and still creating a good lower body workout. I am able to continue with the sports I love, cycling and skiing, in spite of my bad knees.
