Alma's Success Story
For years, she was eating junk and drinking 4 cans of coke a day finally took its toll. At 5'6", she weighed in at her highest weight of 160lbs. Though she not overweight, she was the quintessential, "skinny fat" girl.
I introduced her to resistance training, lifting heavy weights and occasional cardio. In a span of less than 1 year, she lost 30lbs, gained lean muscles and lower her bf by 10%.
She is also eating better and not ashamed to be in her bikini. I'm proud of her dedication to fitness. Its a part of her lifestyle.
