Gina's Success Story
I led a very unhealthy lifestyle in my 20s. Long hours in the office, heavy drinking on the weekends and eating whatever I wanted started to take its toll. I ended up 15 pounds overweight. I had no energy and no motivation to go to the gym (even though I paid for one). I decided to hire a personal trainer because I didn’t want to continue down this path. Ever since I found Gary all that has changed. I have been training with him twice a week since March of 2011. My first workout with Gary I couldn’t even do 4 pushups and now I can do 40! In the first 2 months I dropped a dress size and 5% body fat! My body is toned and I’m not embarrassed to wear tight fitting clothes anymore. Gary is a great motivator! He pushes me to the max in every workout. I also talk to him about my diet and he helps me make the right choices. Gary has a great personality and sometimes we joke and laugh the whole workout. I plan on sticking with him for a long time and keep his workouts a part of my weekly routine.
