“I met Kyle 5 months after having my second child. I was attending his circuit class twice a week and participating in CLIMB. The results I started to see and feel were amazing. A short time later I began personal training with him as well. It’s been more than a year and a half and I feel amazing. I lost all my pregnancy weight (and them some), and my strength and cardio levels have improved dramatically – I’m more physically fit now than when I was an athlete in high school.
