I have always been quite active with running, spinning and lifting free-weights even through 3 pregnancies. I was tired of the same routine after 7 years of spinning. I was not seeing any changes with my lifting of free weights and wanted to make a change. I watched Steve with clients for 3 months and started reading up on functional training and decided that was what I wanted to do. After 6 weeks with Steve I had improved my stability and balance as well as strengthened my upper body. Functional training with Steve has been the answer for me and for anyone that is bored with their workouts. As a side bonus, I am hitting the golf ball about 50 yards further than I ever had before!
