Debbie's Success Story
This mother of 4 started training with me after the birth of her twins and shortly after a hernia surgery. She is an avid runner but had little to no muscle tone and no core strength. Within one month her core strength improved dramatically. When we began this process, her body fat was 24.5% which falls within the acceptable range (20-28%) for women but she didn't want to be "acceptable". The goal was to get her into the "good" range (16%-19%), we exceeded that goal and got her to 17.5% that's 7% body fat lost and nearly 10 inches overall! She is now training for her first triathlon.
