Blake is my amazing husband and has always been fit, but he wanted to take it up to the next level and work on getting that "V" look in his upper body while bulking up his legs. He is super consistent, dedicated, and scheduled, which gave him great results. He lost 1.6% body fat and gained 10 pounds of lean body mass in 10 weeks! I am so incredibly proud of him!
